Damaged or Defective Items

If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no cost to you. We will then send you a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page. If you purchase a final sale item, please be aware that you may not return it for any reason.
